AVer Information Inc. has introduced the MT500, a 4K AI-powered NDI matrix auto tracking box designed to simplify automated multi-camera production in enterprise and education environments.

According to AVNation, the MT500 is built for spaces such as lecture halls, corporate boardrooms, divisible rooms and larger enterprise environments where video production often needs to happen without a dedicated camera operator. The system uses AI-driven camera switching and tracking to help keep speakers visible and maintain a smoother production experience across multiple cameras.

The product is positioned around automated production workflows. Its FaceFocus feature is intended to improve speaker visibility, while IntelliSwitch supports automated camera transitions. InstaConfig is designed to reduce setup time for integrators and IT teams deploying the system in meeting and learning spaces.

The MT500 supports dual 4K outputs and is designed to fit into AV-over-IP environments. It includes support for NDI, Dante and Dante AV-H, giving organizations options for streaming, recording and in-room display applications. These capabilities make the device relevant for facilities that are standardizing around network-based media transport and want automated camera control as part of that workflow.

AVNation also notes that the MT500 includes flexible connectivity options, an 8-channel audio mixer and support for both remote and local management. Those features are aimed at helping organizations maintain professional-quality video production while reducing the need for dedicated AV operators in every room.

What This Means for AV Integrators

For AV integrators, the MT500 points to continued demand for AI-assisted, operator-free production systems in classrooms and enterprise meeting spaces, with practical value in faster setup, automated camera switching and compatibility with NDI and Dante-based AV-over-IP designs.
