Sony has introduced the Bravia AI Director, an edge-based processing unit that brings real-time, broadcast-quality color grading and auto-framing to everyday meeting rooms. Instead of relying on cloud processing or a PC, the AI Director sits inline between the camera and the display or UC codec. By analyzing lighting conditions, skin tones, and window glare in real-time, it dynamically adjusts video parameters frame-by-frame, ensuring remote participants see a perfectly lit and framed image, regardless of the room's physical lighting challenges.
